Start your own fashion business
The Fashion Business Course is aimed at people who want to set up their own label. You may be a recently graduated fashion student or you may have acquired design skills elsewhere. In either case, establishing a business in this most popular of creative industries offers many challenges.
The course deals with the practical aspects of a business start-up, such as:
building a product range
manufacturing techniques
marketing strategy
meeting the buyer
customer loyalty
financial performance
As with all our courses, the seminar leaders have specific hands-on industry knowledge.
For the convenience of those working regular hours, the course runs over 6 sessions, usually made up of 4 weekday evenings (6.30 to 9.00pm) and one Sunday (10.30am to 4.00pm). The course runs several times each year.
