The Portobello Business Centre plays a really important role in helping businesses within RBKC to develop their potential. We are currently looking for a Receptionist who can give a good first impression!
Your role will involve the following: Receiving all clients and guests to the PBC. He/she is responsible for the effective distribution of all forms associated with client visits. He/she is responsible for all postal and FAX matters, receipt and distribution, and outgoing mail. He/she is responsible for all phone traffic via the central phone system. He/she will offer ad hoc secretarial service and work with the Managers in the general administration of data/bases, client records and files. He/she will be responsible for office photocopying, as required. He/she will ensure that the reception area is kept neat and tidy at all times. He/she will familiarise themselves with the ISO9001 Quality System procedures and ensure that these are practised. He/she will carry out any additional tasks that the Office/General Manager requires on an ad hoc basis.
Required 2 Days per week. This role description may be changed at the discretion of the General Manager in reasonable consultation with the Receptionist.
