FAQs

What's the difference between vanity metrics and metrics that matter?

Vanity metrics (like follower counts) look good but rarely predict revenue. Useful metrics - conversion rate, repeat custom, cost per lead - tell you what to change. We'll help you tell the two apart.

Which numbers should a small business actually track?

Usually no more than one or two KPIs to start with, tied directly to what drives your revenue - not a full dashboard of everything available.

Do I need expensive software to track my business data?

No. The session covers free and low-cost tools - including Google Analytics 4, built-in social insights, and accounting software you may already use - before considering anything paid.

What is a KPI and how do I choose the right one?

A Key Performance Indicator is a single measurable number tied to a business goal. We'll help you pick one that's realistic to track and genuinely useful to act on.
