That’s why we’re excited to let you know about a fantastic new funding stream now open for small businesses and social enterprises based in and around Notting Dale and North Kensington.

Who Is Offering the Grant?

Climate Change and Energy Efficiency Grants are available through the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea with support from the Mayor of London. These grants are part of the Future Neighbourhoods 2030 programme and aim to support sustainable improvements across the wider community.

What Can the Grant Be Used For and Who Can Apply?

Funding can be used for a wide range of upgrades, including lighting improvements, insulation, smart heating controls, efficient appliances, solar panels, and heat pumps. Businesses can also explore more sustainable ways of working, such as adopting low-carbon supply chains, improving procurement practices, or introducing transport solutions like e-cargo bikes. Support is also available for climate adaptation measures such as rainwater harvesting and sustainable drainage systems.

To be eligible, your business must be based in Notting Dale or North Kensington, operate from a physical premises and actively serve the local community. This opportunity is open to small and medium-sized enterprises, social enterprises and landlords with SME tenants.
