Michael Hughes brings over 45 years of experience in the UK real estate development sector, with a distinguished career leading major regeneration projects.

Throughout his career, he has delivered large-scale developments that have created lasting impact for both communities and the built environment. Based in London, Michael is recognised for his strong commercial insight, sector expertise and ability to lead complex projects and teams.

He is particularly passionate about place-making, regeneration and supporting the next generation of property professionals.

Michael’s experience and strategic perspective will be a valuable asset to PBC as we continue to support business growth and community development.
