This morning we spoke with 160 Year 12 students at Featherstone High School (GUMAT) in West London as part of our Schools Talks initiative.
The objective is clear: broaden young people’s understanding of what success can look like. Entrepreneurship is not a fallback option - it is a proactive pathway that builds confidence, resilience, commercial awareness and long-term independence. By engaging students early, we help shift the narrative from “waiting for opportunity” to “creating opportunity”. 👏
Thank you to GLA Careers and Careers Lead @Andrew Webb for championing enterprise exposure at this stage.
For students who want to explore their ideas further, we’ve created a structured opportunity to access mentoring and practical support.
Applications are now open here: https://lnkd.in/enXshsRe
If you are a school, college or organisation looking to equip young people with entrepreneurial thinking and real-world insight, we’d be pleased to connect.
