We’re looking for two new people to join the PBC Board. 👋

For more than 30 years, PBC has supported people to start, grow and build businesses helping to widen access to entrepreneurship and create opportunities for people from different backgrounds.

As we look ahead to the next stage of PBC’s journey, we’re bringing some additional experience and perspective onto our Board.

We’re currently recruiting for two Non-Executive Director roles:

🎓 Education & Student Programmes

We’re looking for an experienced education leader who can help us strengthen our work with young people, particularly our NextGen Elevate student entrepreneurship programme.

You’ll bring insight across areas such as curriculum development, assessment, safeguarding and education partnerships, as we continue to develop the programme and explore its potential to lead to a regulated qualification.

🤝 Fundraising & Strategic Partnerships

We’re also looking for someone with significant experience in fundraising, philanthropy, corporate partnerships or strategic income generation.

You’ll help us think strategically about how PBC builds sustainable income and partnerships, while acting as an experienced sounding board for our team as this area of our work continues to grow.

These are not just specialist advisory roles. Both people will become full members of the PBC Board and contribute to the wider strategy, governance and long-term future of the organisation.

The roles are unremunerated, with reasonable expenses covered, and most Board meetings take place online, so you don’t need to live in West London to get involved.
